Your confirmation of insurance will be emailed to the email address you provide on the application form and it will come from the company Tugo. There is also a link you can click to read a copy of the policy wording booklet that explains all the coverage’s. If you need to cancel or change the dates on your online application, you will need to call us at 1-877-226-8728 during on regular business hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 3:30pm Eastern Standard Time.

When filling in the online application for “Visitor’s to Canada Medical Insurance (which includes air ambulance evacuation)”, select the $300,000 (max coverage), $0 deductible, Sports & Activities Optional Coverage (Backcountry skiing/snowboarding) and if you are from outside of Canada, you can use our mailing address and phone number for Sanderson Travel Insurance which is:
